Grazing Saddles
It's something I've been thinking of for a while - but I just couldn't seem to find the obvious logic and link, and then like curry with chips it all made perfect sense!
There's a new section on www.thesoftsaddle.com called Grazing Saddles, which is basically food related bites from my travels around the world. You can expect an infrequently updates hotpot of spiced & seasoned stories, images and, if I can figure it out - online aromas and tastes of the world.
Stay tuned, after all bikes, travel, food and wine - they have been at the very core of civilisation since even before the dawn of time and invention of the fork..
